Commercial waste

Commercial waste clearance for Cardiff and Newport businesses

Office clear-outs, shop refits, warehouse leftovers and regular collections. Waste transfer notes as standard, and invoicing rather than payment on the day.

Your duty of care, in plain terms

If you are a business, the waste you produce stays legally yours until it reaches a licensed facility. That is the duty of care, and it does not transfer just because somebody drove off with it. If your waste ends up fly-tipped, it is your business that gets the enforcement notice.

So the thing that matters when you pick a commercial waste firm is whether they are registered and whether they hand you the paperwork. We are registered with Natural Resources Wales, the licence number is on every page of this site and links to the public register, and you get a waste transfer note for every collection. Business waste cardiff, business waste collection cardiff and business waste disposal cardiff all run on those same terms — and a commercial waste clearance in newport comes with the same paperwork.

  • Office and shop clear-outs, including refits and strip-outs
  • Warehouse and unit clearances
  • Regular scheduled collections, weekly or monthly
  • Waste transfer note for every load
  • Invoiced monthly rather than paid on the day

Clear-outs & refits

Office, shop and unit clear-outs — what happens

The two situations we see most are a move and a refit, and both run on deadlines.

A business moving offices needs the old space emptied before the keys change hands. A shop, gym or restaurant refitting needs the old stock, shelving and fixtures out before the new fit-out crew arrives. Both work the same way with us: send photos, get one flat price, and we clear the lot — often the same day.

  • Desks, chairs, filing cabinets and shelving
  • Shop stock, fixtures and fittings
  • Gym equipment and exercise machinery
  • White goods — washing machines, tumble dryers, ovens (not fridges)
  • Pallets, packaging and stockroom clear-outs
  • Waste transfer note for every load, as standard

We work to your deadline — the evening before the new tenant moves in, or before the fit-out starts. Two of us load into a 16 cubic yard van, everything goes to licensed facilities, and you get the paperwork that proves your waste left you legally. For letting agents and landlords clearing units between tenancies, we can also arrange access and invoice monthly.

Prices

Commercial rates

The same flat van-load pricing as everything else, with agreed rates for anyone using us regularly. We are not VAT registered, so the price quoted is the price invoiced.

Quarter van

£160 loaded & swept

An office clear-out or a small unit

Half van

£290 loaded & swept

A shop refit or a storeroom

Full van

£450 loaded & swept

A full unit, or a strip-out

Builders, letting agents, shops and landlords use us on repeat with agreed rates. Tell us roughly how often and how much, and we will price it properly rather than job by job.

Good to know

Commercial waste clearance — your questions answered

Do you provide waste transfer notes?

Yes — every commercial load comes with a waste transfer note as standard, and we can keep copies on file for your records.

Can you collect on a regular schedule?

Yes. We run regular scheduled collections weekly or monthly, with a time window we actually stick to, and the same crew where we can.

Do you invoice rather than take payment on the day?

Yes — we invoice monthly for businesses and landlords who use us regularly, so you are not chasing cards at the door.

Can you take large items and big clear-outs?

Yes. Our vans hold 16 cubic yards and two of us do the lifting, so full office clear-outs, warehouse leftovers and shop refits are all standard work for us.

Can you collect outside our opening hours?

Yes — we regularly clear shops and offices before opening, or after closing, so the job does not get in the way of trade.

Are you licensed to take business waste?

Yes — we are registered with Natural Resources Wales as a licensed waste carrier (licence CBDU034669), and every load comes with a waste transfer note as standard.

Regular collections

If you are producing waste every week — a shop with packaging, a builder running several sites, an agent turning flats over — a standing arrangement works out cheaper, and means you are not ringing round each time.

We agree a day, a rough volume and a rate, and you get one invoice a month with the transfer notes attached. Short notice on top of that is fine; we fit it in where we can.
