What a garage clearance with us involves
Garages end up as the dumping ground of the house — the lawnmower that stopped starting, the paint tins from three decorating jobs ago, the shelving unit that was going to be “reorganised”, and boxes on boxes of stuff nobody can remember packing. Clearing it is heavy, dusty work, which is exactly why it never gets done.
We do it in a single visit. Two of us arrive in a 16 cubic yard van — about 1.5× the size of a typical waste van — and work through the garage from back to front. Workbenches and fitted shelving are dismantled on the spot. Nothing needs moving to the kerb first. When the van is loaded, we sweep the floor and you get your garage back, empty enough to fit the car in for the first time in years.

Who uses us for garage clearances
Three situations come up most in Cardiff and Newport: someone is selling the house and the garage is part of the viewing, a tenancy has ended and the landlord needs the garage back empty, or a family is clearing a relative’s garage after they’ve died. All three are jobs we do quietly and without fuss — and all three are usually done in a single visit, at the price we quoted on the photos.
For landlords and letting agents we can clear garages between tenancies, work to a deadline, and invoice monthly if you use us regularly. And because we’re a licensed carrier (Natural Resources Wales, CBDU034669), everything is disposed of properly — with a waste transfer note on request if you need one for your records.

What do you clear from a garage?
Almost everything: tools, shelving, workbenches, old furniture, bikes, gardening equipment, lawnmowers, boxes of clutter and general junk. We can dismantle benches and fitted shelving on the spot. The only things we can't take are fridges and freezers, and asbestos.
How much does garage clearance cost?
Flat prices by how much of the van it fills: a quarter load £160, a half load £290 (the typical single garage), and a full 16-cubic-yard load £450. Send photos on WhatsApp and we'll quote a fixed price upfront — that's the price you pay, once the van is loaded.
Do I need to empty anything before you arrive?
No — that's the point. Two of us come in and do all the lifting, from wherever things are stacked. We dismantle workbenches and shelving, carry everything out ourselves, and sweep the garage floor before we leave.
Can you take paint, tools or a lawnmower?
Yes. Paints, oils and chemicals are carried separately and disposed of safely at licensed facilities, and outdoor power equipment like lawnmowers is welcome. If you're ever unsure about an item, send a photo and we'll tell you straight.
How quickly can you clear my garage?
Same day where we can in Cardiff and Newport — message before mid-morning and we'll often be there within hours. Next-day slots are almost always available, with a time window we actually stick to.
